　 Position: Machining Supervisor 机加工生产主管 

Objective: 
To be in charge of the Machining department. 
Organize and support the production with the least possible costs, implementing the 0 error target 
Achievement of the highest possible customer satisfaction 
Responsible for Production Quality and Costs 

Technical Responsibilities 
Responsible for the machines (Turning lathe, machining centre, broaching machine, washing machine, crack detection, measurement gauges) 
Improvement of the machine efficiency and tool lifetime 
Monitoring of the aggregates and machine environment 
Support maintenance, implement TPM philosophy 
Supporting staff with difficult tasks (e.g. machine changeovers, Toolchanges, machine settings, Tool-Life problems, Quality issues) 
Supporting of the Technical director and Technical support 
Monitoring of the tool usage 
Solving Q-problems with 8D reports 
Quality tests (SPC) and monitoring of the staff self-inspection 
Material handling and logistic jobs withing the production if necessary 

Specific Responsibilities 
Organization of Production together with Supply Chain Mg. and Technical Mgr. according ISO/'TS 16949 quality and production system 
Staff support (motivation, new employees) 
Implementation of the Hirschvogel environmental policy/-principles 
Application of the rules for occupational safety (cleanliness) 
Staff training and motivation, build up team spirit 
Starting and monitoring new processes 

Requirements: 
At least college degree 
>6 years of working experience in an industrial production 
>6 years of working with CNC machines 
>30 years of age 
Good command of English 

Career: 
Training in Germany (2 or 3 Months) 
Gets German Expat technician as Assistant
